Kamaria Rutland, is a business coach with an expertise in learning and development, helping teams identify their training opportunity areas and develops training curriculum aimed to drive top line revenue, manage team dynamics, and performance management. She has nearly 18 years of experience working for one of the largest hospitality and tourism companies in the world. During her tenure with the company she has held a variety of leadership positions within hotel operations, event management, enterprise sales and talent development.
She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from California State University, Sacramento. Furthering her academic achievements in 2018 earning an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from San Francisco State University and was named a top student, graduating with honors as a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society. Faculty presented her with the prestigious Distinguished Graduate of Accomplishment award in 2019.
Kamaria is an active member of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority Inc. She has served in several leadership roles at the local, regional and national levels of the organization. In 2012, Kamaria was awarded the Far Western Region’s Woman of the Year Award for her civic, professional and leadership experience. She is a California native and resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
